I am considering purchasing G2 and was wondering if the program needs to have the CD in the drive to run or can it be d/led to the hard drive and run that way. This way since I have a couple of computers it can be run in both places without having to take the CD to the other computer. I already have an interface cable.

Doesn't need disk. I do this between home and work with no disk, just carry transmitter with me.
