As I said in another post, I am looking into purchasing G2. However, I know that this version has been out for a little while and I was curious to know if GP is planning on releasing a new version sometime soon. I don't like purchasing things and then having them outdated soon after (as happens with any technological purchase). I doubt that GP would say anything if they are since they would want to sell as much of G2 as they could.

If you want to go a step over the G2 go with the aerofly pro. I have both sim and aerofly is better all the way. I am not bashing G2, in fact, its a very good sim but the new aerofly pro
is now the one to own specially to practice 3D. I run aerofly pro with a G-force card and the graphic are wonderfull.

I was wondering the very same thing. What's been the time between major releases before?

I hear that Aerofly Pro is the way to go. The only thing that keeps me from considering it much is that I don't know anything about the company or support.
