help finding cord for JR radio on the G2 simulator
[sm=drowning.gif] Can anyone help me? I have the RealFlight simulator. I had my grandson, 2 years old wanting to fly an airplane. So as any grandpa would do...or should not do...I let him put the cord in my JR radio...so I could use my own radio and he was pushing it in and it broke the end off of the cord. Can anyone tell me how I can get another one or does anyone have one in their system that they do not use and would sell it to me? e-mail me at [email protected] Thanks, roughlander

RE: help finding cord for JR radio on the G2 simulator
Why don't you just repair the connector? It's a regular 3.5 mm mono plug, RadioShack sells a pair for $3.
If your RealFlight is Classic, Deluxe, or non-Interlink G2 (i.e., sold with either parallel port interface or game port controller), you can use many 3rd-party interfaces, e.g. from www.milehighwings.com. If your RealFlight is G2-Interlink version (the only G2 version currently sold by Great Planes), then it will only work with its Interlink controller, which also serves as a copy protection device.
Hope this helps,
Boris
