Default G2 install

Had to reinstall my OS WIn XP so I lost everything, am trying to reinstall Great Planes G2. When the program calls for the serial # on the G2 case, I type it in but the program won't accept it does anyone have any clues?

You may have to call tech support at Great Planes and have them reset your serial number. I recently purchased a new computer and had to call them before I could move G2 to the new system.

I have G2 installed on my main computer, and on one in the garage. It can exist on multiple machines, you just need to take the controller with. G2 isn't 'activated' like Windows XP. Make sure you are entering the serial exactly. Alpha-numeric serial #'s are tricky sometimes. Many people mix up letters with numbers, ie: 9=y, r=4, etc.
