Hi All,
I recently purchased aerofly pro. Installed it then upgraded to the latest version on the aerofly site. Now, in the box that used to allow me to change the resolution settings, all I see is a radio button with the option to put the sim into window mode and on the right hand side, a couple of options for graphics quality. The rest of the large dialogue box is blank. This doesn't seem right.
Also, since I originally had the upgraded sim in full screen mode the upgrade opened in that mode too. I was experimenting and I clicked the box to put it into window mode - it wouldn't let me un-check the "window mode" button. I was unable to get it back into full screen mode and when I tried resizing the window (as a work-around), the sim crashed and had to be re-installed.
Also, I can't find a way to change the resolution of the sim now. It seems to default to the setting that I had set in the pre-upgraded version that came on my install CD.
I am using a Win98, GeForce 4 and Intel P4 2.6G processor, 512M ram, DirectX 9, lots of disk space.
Any ideas?
Regards
Frank

the only thing i can suggest is a re-install of the whole thing. sorry it seems that when the file was being saved or installed it might have "missed" one or two. computers do this often. thats why sometimes when installing windows you need to do it maybe 2 times because it has missed a dll file. i expect a re-install will sort your prob.

Thx Raptorheli but I tried that without positive results. Just got an answer back from Torsten which I am pasting below for anyone's future reference.
