Can anyone tell me if AFP serial interface will work with Airtronics RD6000 and RD8000 transmitters?

Sure will both of them. The cables come with both the Interface and Commander version.

STLPilot: Thanks for the info. I'm thinking of buying AFP but didn't want to have to buy more adapter cables etc. Looks like a very nice sim.
