I just bought a Rockfire gameport to USB converter to connect my old realflight controller to my laptop that does not have a gameport input. The problem is that the signal that is generated is not continuous, each axis has only 8 steps so it is not realistic at all. Is there a converter that has a continuous output or is it a normal problem of this kind of converters?

I use the Radio Shack Gameport to USB adapter and it works perfectly with my R/C pilot controller and Realflight.
