Wie geht es Ihnen?
I live in the USA and am going to purchase Reflex. If I purchase the earlier version from Tower Hobbies is the upgrade to XTR free? And if it is can I download the upgrade after my purchase or will I have to wait for a CD to be mailed. Enough of all the nonsense of trying to evaluate Reflex from the forums, too much flaming going on. If I like it I will keep it, if I don't one of my heli friends will buy it in a second.

Hi,
the final customer is the focus of my doing. So if you bought it from TH or any other source - as a Reflex user you may use the updates. MRC is currently handling the updates to XTR because it's too much for a download. Just get your copy from any available source and contact MRC for the update CD FOC - easy, not complicated, no proof of purchase, no serials ... customer friendly.

Wolfgang,
If Tower Hobbies sells Reflex for $189 which will allow a Free upgrade to XTR from MRC, why would one buy XTR from MRC for $235???
Does not make sense for MRC to provide Free upgrades if they intend to sell XTR for $235.
Am I missing something here?

Well, TH only sells what is left in stock - which isn't that much. We can certainly make things complicated and try to ... but that is not very user-friendly nor does anybody have the surplus manpower to administrate all that ... Besides, the XTR update message is "get XTR delivered free and pay whatever you want ..."
So that minor confusion will last as long as TH has something to sell which shouldn't be that long. Few people may take the advantage but this is no reason to let all suffer from complex administration.
