Here is Stadtpark, however I added my clubs shelter to the scenery.

Now, I have another thread about how you can take pictures of your flying field at every angle.............and then I saw this, and I think that it's about the same principle........how did you get the picture of the shelter and put that into the computer as scenery?? (well, if, and since you can do that, then that is ONE MORE REASON TO LLLOOOVVVVVEEEE AFP)

I just used Fireworks (Macromedia version of Photoshop) and adjusted the lighting to match, took me about 5 minutes.
I'm working on a panorama of our entire field.

Those pictures don't look like they were rendered with a 3D engine. They look like the technology used in XTR(panoramic images). Does AFP support that? I've never seen an picture of AFP that looks like those.

There are many downloadable scenery files that can be added to AFP, the one shown is one of many. I am currently working on making my local flying area into one. Its looking sweet so far, Ill post it when its done. Here is a link to where you can get the scenery files for free...[link=http://www.rc-sim.de/index_en.htm]RC-Sim[/link]

I can't wait to try AFP out, I just bought it with the game commander and sold my G2 for $169 in an auction. I can't believe how good the resale value is for G2. I set the Buy It Now at 169 and someone nabbed it up in no-time. Are there any other sites that have downloads for AFP other that the official site?

I am in the process right now of selling mine........I just know one thing.....I've only had it about 2 weeks, and I'm not going to take less than $170.....If there's anyone in here that wants to buy it then I'm here for ya......My ad is under classified, but I think that I might go to Auction and see what I can get........

Michael it does not ripple the water. The image is inactive regardless of interaction.

Here's one of me flying at my home field, grass really needed mowing that day. Don't pay too much attention to the fact I'm flying behind the gates either...
I can't complain though, it's my job to mow...

I can't believe how real this stuff looks......It's just so amazing......(I have to say that I saw the ad for the Reflex sim in the current issue of Model Airplane News, and I have to say, that I was impressed with that graphic quality also)
