I just installed AFP but can't get the controller installed. I am doing this on a HP Pavillion laptop. Windows XP Pro. The modem, I believe, is on COM3, and I have disabled it (but not remove it) I have no controllers in the Game Controller in Control Panel When I do Add Controllers am not sure what option to choose, but regardless, I get an error message that says: "Your Gameport or Gameport Drivers are not properly configured. Plase consult the Device Manager"

Have you installed the AFP patch? Are you using the game commander? If so you must still have the serial plug cord installed.
