hey guys
I just got my tracking info last night for my AFP and i already have a bunch of planes downloaded. And some scenery.
about 250 MB worth..I cant wait to get it.
When you play you have to have your transmitter on correct?
Therefore you cant have it plugged into the AC for power then also correct?
and the planes and stuff you just extract into the planes folder in AFP...
thanks
Felix

Yes you have to have your transmitter on but you should take out your crystal so you do not burn out the output module on your transmitter.
The planes you unzip them and then move them to the planes folder in AFP and if they have a sound file move that to the sound folder.
The scenery is a little different, you have to unzip them and move the folder to the scenery folder but there is 3 other files that are unzipped too that go in the root of the scenery folder. some scenes you have to change the jpegs to bitmaps just open in paint and save as bitmap. Most of the time there is a word doc that you can read for each scene that tells you what to do. If you still have problems getting the planes or scenes to work I will write a more detailed post that will clear up any questions you have, just post here or email me if you need help. AFP is a very nice sim I like mine alot.
