I bought the set of G2 software on RC Universe from a gentlemen, few day ago I upgraded my OS to XP. I went on the G2 web site to download the upgrade but it is only accessible by the original registred owner. I emailed the support guys but they denied me access to the upgrade because I was not the registred owner. Anyone got this problem? Solution?

You need to call tech support at Great Planes. Since the software is registered to someone else the license needs to be tranferred to you. The tech reps at Great Planes can tell you how to do this.
