I am wondering what would be a good pc or video card or ? to run afp deluxe. I have found that my pc has a pci port and I can not even buy a good card to install. Any advice would be great. I have a HP 2.4 Ghz intel celeron pross. 256 ddr ****m 40 GB HD, Intel extreme Graghics with 64 mb mem. Thanks for any help you can provide.

I need help from the computer literate. I would like to purchase the new AFP Deluxe flight simulator program. It appears my computer's video card will not support the program.
I pulled the spec sheet on my Sony computer. It is a Sony Vaio PCV-RX560 computer with:
1.7GHz, 256MB RAM, NVIDIA TNT2 M64 (32MB) graphics acceleration.
Do I need to both upgrade the RAM and the graphics card?
What is a good "plug-in" graphics card that will do the job but is still fairly inexpensive?
Thanks - Steve

Steve, you may need to spend around $150 for a decent card maybe a little more unless you can find a sale somewhere. I can recommend a card but it would be better if you gave me an amount that you would like to spend. Also, you might want to consider getting another 256 meg of RAM, adding another 256megs of ram would be a good idea but it may not be necessary. XP loves more memory so it may help out alot but i would try the new video card first and see how it runs.
Yzman, this is the most expensive PCI card that i found Here but it's hard to say how your machine is going run the Deluxe.
