the rear engine prop swings but the rotor is static would be nice to have a rotating rotor.

I built and flew two of those...Bensen design modified with stroked and large jugged VW motor...similar to those used in sand dragsters.
Yes, Dion...they ARE autogyros! ;-}
Only flaw with them is they don't tolerate zero or negative g flight long...the main rotor slows down, flaps, hits the tail and separates or just separates from the gimbal. A friend of mine died doing spirals in one. Not pretty.
The price of pushing a big pin-wheel (rotor) through the air.
