Default Simulators

Can anyone give me a comparison between the XTR Reflex and the Aerofly pro deluxe. Both look great!

There are plenty of comparisons between the XTR Reflex and the Aerofly Pro Deluxe in the "Flight Simulator Software" forum (just below the Engines forum). You might want to check them out.

Are you joking? There's an eight page comparison in this forum. It should be pretty near this one for now... close to the top is my guess. -Andrew

Heres the lowdown -if your mostly into Helis get XTR if your mostly into 3D planes get AFPD and if you want to fly multiplayer sessions get G3.

ORIGINAL: Toyflyer

Can anyone give me a comparison between the XTR Reflex and the Aerofly pro deluxe. Both look great!

Maybe you should try a hobby that doesn't tax your brain quite as much as this one. Might I suggest stamp collecting?

Now now guys plays nice I think hes thread got moved around a little bit.

Toyflyer it's like peefiddyonefan said it's rather simple. For helis people think Reflex is the best, I could not get involved in the argument but helis on my Aerofly Professional Deluxe is very nice as is. Then for 3D flying with aircraft AeroflyPro Deluxe shines above the rest 99% of the time. For multiplayer and funny things you should buy G3. But I still think most of us just buy AeroflyPro Deluxe and get it over with. But it's entirely up to you.

On AFPD you can do literally everything. Slope soaring, thermal soaring, drag racing with cars or planes (Don't ask but yes I did have fun with the drag racer I think it was Hans made...sorry can't recall the maker if he reads this! IT ROCKS! ) AFPD has the most free downloads listed by far. Best support I've seen thus far. And best realism I personally have experienced thus far. Spend some quailty time reading the forums. Wright down the names of posters and which sim they favoured. Then afterwards count all the votes and decide from there. Remember that one guy posting 100 times in one thread that he likes some sim doesn't count.

Thanks SPACEY, I appreciate your info and that's what I got from reading the forums.
All I want to master is 3D planes so it soumds like the choice will be AFPD.
Happy Flyin!
