Well if it's an installer and you have to have XTR don't bother. Unless it will install into the demo version.
Someone who has XTR could email you the file, but the file prolly has a "for personal use only" license agreement on it. If it does you are not allowed to send it to anyone or else the Internet Police will hunt you down!

Interesting to read what dion as the self assigned lawyer about copyrights tells customers who already violated the copyright by downloading a files which he wasn't entitled to.
Just FYI, check what Dion writes about copyright in his own place:
"End User License Agreement (EULA):
Read the following License Agreement carefully before you download files from here.
OWNERSHIP AND GRANT OF LICENSE:
The Public Domain Product is licensed, not sold. The Public Domain Product is the sole property of the authors and is protected by all applicable intellectual property and contract laws and by applicable international treaties and trade provisions. Any breach of rights as the sole owner of the Public Domain Product and all intellectual property rights contained therein and in the Public Domain Product may subject the offender to civil and criminal penalties.
This EULA grants User the non-exclusive right to: install and use the Public Domain upon a single or Network computer and redistribute the Public Domain, but not for commercial gain. Any use in violation of the license shall constitute not only breach of this EULA, but a violation of national and international copyright laws. In the event that any provision of this EULA is breached by User the license granted by this EULA shall automatically terminate without further action by AeroFlyPro.Com or the authors, and whether or not User abides by such termination.
PROHIBITIONS:
User may not modify, translate, or make derivative works of the Public Domain Product without written permission from the authors.
User may not sub-license, rent, lease or provide service bureau services such as Public Domain leases or rentals with any portion of the Public Domain Product."

Dont you know that Kurt is doing his JOB? He sits in all the flightsim forums ALL DAY LONG and waits for anyone to post anything about Reflex XTR scenerys and then pounces on them
He also claims that he DOESNT work for Reflex and is only a enthusiast like the rest of us -watch how fast he'll get this post deleted, probably the entire thread deleted
multiplay screenshot from yesterday...

Geez... I just asked....
could have just posted something like...
Oh... Sorry, since the scenery is copyrighted, importing it is not an option, etc. etc. etc.
but Noooo, you wanted to turn this into a legal pi$$ing contest and a smart alec answer..
sure copyrighting rings a bell....
does posting a worthwhile answer??
I am Soooo glad I have AFPD and not one of the others!
Now... lets keep this thread on track

Hi folks,
please keep this thread clear of those discussions.
@dafid,
no I meant that the airfiled on the panorama looks very similar to the AFPD 3D-scenery 'desert' with its setup-shelter with roof and tables, the red fences for the pilots and the white markings on the runway. This looks all very similar. Propably IPACS was inspired by that airfield to build the 'desert'-scenrey years ago...
Peace,
Lego

Hi Lego
Are i see now. Yes you could be right. It does look familier the mountains are a bit close tho.
EXETER yes it is a good scenery but you need the reflex sim to get that scenery. I have both reflex and AFPD.So i have the the best of both worlds.

I agree with Dion. I think Kurt=WSN (Wolfgang from Reflex)
ORIGINAL: STLPilot
There isn't ONE file on AeroFlyPro.com that I don't have permission to use WOLFGANG. Go pick any one of them files and ask the artists if I have persmission.
Kurt = WSN
Sincerely,
Dion Cini, Esq.

Dion, I wasn't accusing you of illegal files. I was just pointing to the fact that you take copyrights very serious where it is your concern and neglect other the right to go for their copyright. This is just generating some curiosity.
