Default Now "ROZENBERG" problems

I got rozenberg loaded up and when I select it the little photo comes up the bottom right of the screen. When I click the "fly" button it sets very still and black for a few seconds. then this message comes up. (see photo attachment)
Help me

OK tried that and still get the same messages. This time I will post screenshots of both messages. Maybe someone can tell me what they mean.

HI RON
It looks like youve got a bad temporary file some where on your system. Suggest that you clear all Temporary Files either by IE and going to Tools, options or right clicking the hard disk from My Computer icon going to Properties and doing a Disk Clean, also what can sometimes help is to Defragment the system, also clearing all Cookies.

Regards Dave
