I picked up G2 Lite a few months ago and it worked perfectly.. and all of a sudden it stoped working. when i start the program it pops up a message saying I controler not connected, so i unplugged the remote and plugged it back in... same story... then swaped the remote with my mouse, the mouse worked in either port but the controller would not.. i just keep getting this I-controler not connected error... is there any thing i can do about this?

The first thing that i would tell you to do is unistall it. then reinstall it and see if that works

well i called tech support and they told me that the controller is bad... so i have to send it in to get a replacement.....
