Hello all,
I would like to have some feedback on what others have done to improve AFPD's realism for helis. I know its been discussed here before, but I can't seem to find the threads.
In any event, if anyone has some quick tweaks to make AFPD realistic with helis, it would be greatly apprieciated. What Im looking for is something to closely emulate the characteristics of a Hawk Sport or something similar.
Thanks.

Simply increasing the simulation speed helps somewhat, but there still seems to be some fundamental physics that are lacking. For example, there seems to be no transistional lift effect whatsoever...
I've tried to modify some of the properties - such as rotor cyclic range, etc, but I can't seem to figure out how to modify the basic stability of a Heli.
I'm surprised that none of the experts have any suggestions[
