Default Unable to register RealFlight G3

I've been over their forums and all that they ever say is turn off your firewall and shut down antivirus. Problem is I don't have either. I just bought the G3 software today and I have been able to fly just fine. Even installed the heli update. I have been trying to register the software though so I can do the in software update. I continually get the unable to contact server problem. When I check the data it clearly says that the server is not responding.

I've seen other posts on this board that say when this happens the g3 servers are down. Is this currently the case? I would like to register the software and get it updated.

The exact error message is below:

KEError 12212: Unable to connect to server. Make sure you have access to the Internet (check firewall settings if applicable). Description: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Thanks in advance

The server is down, and has been since some time yesterday (don't know if this has been continuous since then).
Sit tight.
