I've downloaded a Cap232 IMAC and I am unable to set it up to hover. It seems to be way underpower. At full stick does not climb. Anyone could point in the right direction? Setup perhaps..
Thanks much.

Go in and modify the engine to give you more power.

The stock (i.e. unmodified) Cap 232 will torque roll very well.... if you're good on the sticks! After you get good at tr'ing some of the highly modified "3d-able" planes off the internet (which IMHO fly very unrealistically), start trying it with the stock Cap. That's what I did - it takes a lot of practice, but once you learn it's quirks you'll get to where you're making corrections almost before they are needed.

Hi all,
For what its worth i've played around with G2 alot and my 30% cap and believe the following:
Cap232 x2: The best to work out where the sticks should be
going but generaly not that realistic.
Jason Shulmans Torque roler: Spot on for realism.
Default Cap 232: Not too bad...if you can torque roll this theres no excuse not to do it with ya model!!!
btw the default ryan sta does a good TR!!!
Have Fun

Email me, or Instant Messenger me at MJBadger and I can send you the plane setup files. I will also post them on my site tomorrow.

hi,
If you do a search in this forum for "shulman" you'll find his torque roler and his F3a style plane at the time his freestyle plane was yet to be posted... did Jason ever post his freestyle plane?
Cheers all.
