TORQUE ROLLS IN REFLEX XTR
I've just started using Reflex XTR and I'm very impressed.
My question is:
Is there any particular plane that you use in torque training?
I've tried a couple of different ones but I'm having real trouble with it.
Should I be using a certain plane and if so should I be doing any tweaks to the plane to make it easier? Or do I just suck?
