how do i put a video on a page like this. its in my windows media player but i dont know how to bring the file here.[][]

You have to have a host (web site). Once you find someone to host your video, you put a link to your video in your post. If you have a gallery on RC-Groups, they will host up to a 8mb video (free of charge).
