Default Reflex Interface problem

I just installed the Reflex XTR with a new Dell PC and the software wont recognize the radio. I installed the Reflex USB drivers per the help menu and it shows as working under device manager.

I had the same problem with my system. If you have a JR radio one fix is to solder a 5.6K ohm resistor across the wires at the radio end of the patch cord. This fixed mine and it works great. There is a description of this fix on the Reflex web site in support/transmitters/JR Radio

I have almost the same problem. Although, mine did work for a while, then slowly it started losing connection a lot. One day, it would not connect at all. NO signal from interface, tried everything obvious i could think of. Had to send it back to MRC (U.S. Distributor) for a new interface. STILL Waiting. Also i have a Futaba round radio.
