Default Virtual PC 6

Being in the design industry I use apple macs both at work and at home.

Flight sims though only work on PC's which is a real bu**er!

I have though got a piece of software called Virtual PC 6 which allows you to run Windows XP Professional on a mac.

Does anyone know if I could run a sim on my mac by using this software?

I seriously doubt it would be fast enough, these newer sims require a lot of graphics HP which is very hard to emulate.

Hi,

I think you will find that Virtual PC does'nt support 3d graphics ... (from this [link=http://www.macworld.com/2005/01/reviews/virtualpc7/index.php]review[/link])

You could download the demo of [link=http://www.reflex-sim.dyndns.org/reflex-sim/shop/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=23&products_id=97]Reflex XTR[/link] and give it go ?

I've also read that windows 2000 runs better than XP when using Virtual PC.

regards,

Tony
