Default Real Flight Simulator Up Grade 3

I have a P-38 Profile, did not have very good luck the first time I flew it, lost and engine on take off, and you can guess the rest. My son bought me the Real Flight Simulator upgrade #3, as it has a P-38 on it.

My son has a simulator with a twin engine plane, and he says he can kill one or both engines to simulate the condition that caused me to crash. I would like to know if anyone knows how the Real Flight will do the same for the P-38. I want some stick time before I take it up again

Thanks

Hank

Hi hank,

i know for a fact that can do that, on purpose or with the flight failures feature. All you have to do is press k on the keyboard once for one engine, or twice for both engines. I did have g2 before g3 and i know you can kill your engine in that too, but i dont know if in a twin engine plane you can kill one at a time or not. Hope this helps.

hi hank,
i do believe if you have realfight G2 or G3 you just hit "K" to kill an engine at random. If you have the older version " realflight" or realflight Deluxe this does
not work.I have the realflight deluxe and can't kill an engine on the Volume 3 add
on. Wish i could---i'd like to practice an engine out on the P-38 too as i'm going
to build the Ziroli 114" P-38.
hope this helps
