RealFlight how to assign 9C switches
I have a Zoom 400 and need to get some stick/switch time in without the tears - is it possible to assign my 9C switches with RealFlight and Reflex

Yes it is possible with RealFlight G3, Reflex too I'm sure. RealFlight comes with its own controller that is already set up for helis, but also allows the use of your own xmtr.
