Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it to work either. I couldn't find my Futaba Super 7 and mile-high interface to try...it was packed for the move, and haven't unpacked it yet. The Futaba Super 7 and mile-high interface wouldn't work on G3, of course.

Having to plug my Super 7 radio into the G3 controller to use it, frankly, well, sucks. I don't care that KnifeEdge says the controller "dongle" is necessary to protect their software.

As a customer, I shouldn't have to be inconvenienced because software pirates want something-for-nothing.

A very big negative customer service issue with me, especially since my G3 controller was inoperative when I got it, and I had to fix it to even get G3 on-the-air, with it, or my Super 7.

G3 controller should work. Can you see the G3 controller as Windows game pad device? E-mail me at
[email protected] and I can help. (Remove 123 from the e-mail address). The G3 controller can't work with CV if used as "cable" for real RC radio.

YES, windows sees my interlink controller as a gamepad device and NO I wasnt using it as a "cable" for a real R/C radio.

Hi Rick,
Can you please send me this file:

c:\Program Files\SVKSystems\ClearView\log.txt

and I will help you get your G3 controller working with ClearView.

Thanks,
Stefan

it might be too late to mention but i bought a hi-tech interface cable for my futaba t6xa it worked on fms as well as clear view. for the price this sim is great might i add. the hovering is good for learning before you head out and sit your real plane on its tail. only grip is that i find it is a little too easy to acomplish hard 3d moves, lookin at the advanced set up confuses me but id like it to be a little more harder and life like, i mean no plane will harrier, knife edge or land anywhere as easy as whats possible on the sim. but for the price its a great buy and has it all over fms.

I have it working with my G2 controler. I had to make sure that it was calbrated in windows first and then I had to adjust what chanel each control surface was on.
