Hi Rick,
in AFPD just go into the controller setup, switch to advanced setup (if you haven't already done it) and assign a unused transmitter channel to channel #27 (Smoke) as shown in the picture.

Two people just confirmed it was not there but yet you feel the need to argue? It was not visible in the original installation on my side. Even though the function may have been there it was definitely not labelled "Smoke" like it is after even the first patch is installed.
