Which video card would you recommend for each of these sims? I have a P4, 2.8GHz computer with boths PCI and PCI Express slots. Are there any conflicts between these two sims and any video card?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Despite what the mfg recommendations say you need at least a 64 mb card to run Reflex and with that it will only run right in a full window setting with the v-sync turned off. With it turned on and or run in a window and you will get sub par results.

If you are going to buy a new one the Radeon 128 would be a good choice and the Redeon 256 would be a great choice. The 256 will be my next card. I am using a 64 mb Quadro4 380XGL but as I mentioned this is what I would consider the minimum.

I have an ati radeon 9600 pro turbo 128mb on my laptop, which is the best gpu I can get. But try nvidia, there awsome, my bro has a 660gt by asus and he can play BF2 on medium high settings with 1280x1024 resolution it looks awsome! Here is a good gpu, great bang to the buck, at only 139$ and 119$ after mail in rebate. asus, evga, there all awsome... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130214

The best bang-for-your-buck cards out right now have Nvidia Geforce 6600GT chipset in them. The card comes in both AGP and PCI Express x16 versions. I've seen them as low as $119 after rebate. I've built a couple systems with this card and although they aren't stellar performers, they will run most of the new games at 1024x768 with low to medium settings. It ran the Reflex XTR Demo on a P4 3GHz w/ 1 gig ram at 1280x1024x32 very smooth with v-sync both on and off (Powercolor 128 meg AGP version).
If you tell me how much you want to spend, I'll tell you the best ATI and the best Nvidia card you can get for your money.
