As a lifelong Mac user I finally gave in and recently bought a second hand IBM Thinkpad 600 laptop 'cause there simply aint no Mac sims. Has anyone used this laptop for Realflight G2? I would plan to get a USB PC card adapter.

You have to find out what video chip is in there and how much memory the video subsystem has.

If you have trouble finding this, post the specific IBM model number here. It is usually a 4 digit number followed by 3 digits.
ie. 6800-B35

I'm using a HP laptop with a 1.7 processor. Not sure of the video specs. It works real well. I have the Realflight LITE version for this application. I understand its less demanding than the standard version.
