Oh no Rick, i go not jelling and screaming, i let this eula seen here so every one can see what is permitted or not!!
If you feel you personally be hitted , is that your problem....
All what i not like see is the nonsens that G3 should be better and AFPD airplanes flys like kites, whereas i see the same planes, is that strange ???
Believe me , Rick, i'm experience for so a 30 years , i flew for many years whit top flyers and i knows very wel how a plane must flying, so i can tell you that AFPD is the best for my and G3 nearly but just not, and i'm not alone whit this meaning .......
I hope that you can life whit this fact
You know G3 just had another MAJOR update Friday which in addition to adding the model importer they also made MAJOR changes to the physics? Have you even tried the latest update or are you so blinded by your god of AFPD that your simply going to dismiss it as being bad without even having treid it yourself?

Yes my planes do resemble planes in AFPD but do you actually believe for one second that they FLY the same as the ones in AFPD? Are you suggesting that in addition to stealing the 3D mesh from AFPD I also stole the flight model? My Giles and the AFPD Giles only look alike, they are 2 completely different animals in the (simulated) air.

The real question here is WHY are you posting EULA's (and whose EULA for that matter) in this thread? Do you think something illegal is going on in this thread?

Yeah , okay Rick , in that case , i think it's a question of time or that goes no more ,that importing of other planes , we waiting of .....
but why will they do that, have they by itself not enough good planes ????Rare is that!!
What about the AFPD is my God, oh man , go away with your nonsens, rc is my hobby but i have more thing to do, allricht AFPD have unlimited posibilitys, that's true, and i can believe that G3 will imitate that, after many years stillstanding and try to lifting with other sims now, so it can use very well help from some guy's, i believe faster that G3 is your god , could be ??

Anyway, you knows now how i think about G3 , i'm clear here now, i love inventivity and originality!!![sm=thumbup.gif]

Good bye , Rick!

Alma, you never answered my question.

This has nothing to do with Rick or any G3 aircraft "imports".
The "Skyship" came as part of a recent update to G3 from KnifeEdge Software.
Are you suggesting that Great Planes and KnifeEdge have violated something by adding a blimp to their new eddition of G3?

I am trying to figure out the point of your post containing EULA terms and th new "skyship" in G3.
Please explain.

Yes, we may be dealing with somewhat of a language barrier.

Quite frankly, I have a feeling that he has no idea what he's talking about, but I'm trying to extend him the benefit of the doubt and allow him to explain. I hope he does.

He was deleted last night, as was I (my reply's to his posts that is). I think he is being facetious, based on another thread (that of the AFPD RV-8 model) that Woops is hounding about copyright infrindgement.

Man you are just PRICELESS!

You come in here and throw out several baseless accusations and when someone asks you why,you just ask that it all be swept under the rug like it never happened.

Hey ricky who do you think that you are then ??

The big boss of the RCU ??
Keep dancing and avoiding the questions ALMA. I am not in here making false accusations. I am just a regular forum member, I dont sell or represent ANY of the flight simulators. I do have AFPD and G3 and I do like them both. If I were "the big boss" around here do you think my posts would have been deleted?

Actually ADD, we just wanted you to clerify what your point was. No one was bashing you. In what way does the blimp that comes from KnifeEdge (not Rick) harm the EULA that you posted. Where does the EULA that you posted comefrom, what piece of software does it pertain to? Which point of the EULA are you specifying?

Hey Alma, here's and idea. Type your messages and don't post them for an hour. Come back and read how stupid they sound BEFORE you post them. This will save everyone a lot of time.

If you do post it, this is the Internet...it never goes away, even if you edit it, someone has it cached somewhere.

And on that same note, who made you the EULA police?

This whole thread is unbelievable.

Alma, now you are sending PM's? You started this in a public forum. Keep it that way. If you have something to say to me, say it here.

PS, I'm just deleting all your mail, so don't send me any more.

Careful ALMA, Rick's been reporting you to the RCU mods! Watch out or you'll be getting a knock at the door from "the man".

Well, I was hoping that Alma would clarify his post. It does not look like that is going to happen.

At this point, I think it's pretty clear what happened. I'm just going to chalk it up to a mistake that someone is having a hard time owning up to.

I think this thread has run it's course.

P.S. - STLPilot, was that post really necessary?
