which PC systyem for G 2
Hi to All,
Which PC operating system seems to work the best with the G 2 sim?
This would be used for the G 2 only; as a stand alone system, no internet, office work or such ---- just the G2 & controls.

For a standalone windows gaming platform... Windows 98SE can't be beat.
(That's from an ex hardcore gamer... I've tried them all, trust me.)
ME is just a bloated mess... the other M$ offerings don't allow direct hardware access,
which means lower framerates for your G2, or whatever you like.
I've benchmarked many games, across all windows versions, and never done better than 98SE.
