Default NEW Patch for AFPD!

A new patch is out from Ipacs, it updates AFPD to: Version 1.8.0.23 for users without the Add-on and Version 1.9.1.7 for users with the Add-on. You can get it [link=http://www.aerofly.com/www/downloads.html#afpdpatchen]HERE[/link] with a full listing of what has been changed and improved.

In addition if you have the Add-on there are two awesome new scale helis with some cool features in the members area, a Sikorsky and a K-Max, you can log-in to the members area [link=http://www.aerofly.com/www/member.html]HERE[/link].

Have fun!

Greg.

"Fixed a bug that prevented AeroFly from saving recorded flights to harddisc "

Does that mean that you can upload your videos to the internet.

Hi,

I think what they mean by that is that AFPD used to lock up or not save recordings sometimes and they have fixed that.

You see these files just recored the co-ordinates of how the aircraft moves, when you play it back it uses the 3D model of the aircraft you have recorded and moves it through the sequence that you recorded. So there is no way that you could convert these to videos that you can publish on the web in formats such as AVI and WMV.

Holy crap the new variometer is awesome!!!! If you guys have never sloped soared before it will teach where and how to find the good air and how to use it effeciently. It's awesome and just what I needed as I've recently gotten bitten by the glider bug.
