Hi Joe,
If you're running G2 lite, and it performs well, then there's no reason to believe that G2 full will not run. It's more of a question of how well it will run. I could answer your question better if you did a side by side comparison of your computer's specs and the required minimums for G2 full.
I'd recommend you do the comparison. If you're well within the limits, press on. A program such as this depends on a faster processor (to do the math for all of the flight dynamics), as well as a decent video card to draw all of the shapes, contours, etc and do it at a satisfactory frame rate...a low frame rate will result in choppy graphics, and a high one won't.
From what I've read there's no difference between the flight model of G2 and G2 lite, just the capability to customize. This shouldn't add much to the workload of the computer, as you're playing with variables that G2 lite is already using, just not allowing you to touch. There may be some perfomance deficit to pay with customizing plane colors and designs, but not much.
Here's the bottom line...I've been a gamer for a while, so I have a performance machine...I generally don't question whether or not something will run, because I'm usually working out OS and other software conflicts that are the main source of problems. If you're not too close to the minimums for running the software...you're fine. Go for it. If G2 lite is running smooth it's a good sign that you're okay. In simple terms, I'm 75% sure you're going to run G2 full version with no problems...I say 75% only because I don't know your system's specifications...forward those to me and I can give you a better assessment! I'd need to know processor speed, total memory, video card type and memory, hard drive size and how much is used by other programs.
Hope this helps!
