Hi guys, I bought a genuine copy of G2 from a mate , it came with the main disc, Add Ons 1 and the USB interlink TX, I am trying to update online so I can install the add ons but it says i need to register forst, I have tried that but it wont let me!!!

I have sent atleast 7 emails to tech support but no one answers me at all!! This is very bad support, I need to get this registered so I can get it going, I have all the original serials etc incl the one on the back to the TX but no one wants the help me. If i like the G2 after a little bit i plan on buying G3...but at this stage i may buy aerofly or somthing.

Can anyone please help me, this is a genuine cry for help.

How can it get the update by other means rather than via the server as it is not working.

well i just wish they would answer my emails, ive sent them heaps and not 1 reply, I find this very bad!

It sounds as if the previous member had it registered and hence it will not allow you to do it. He would need to un register it, I think. You can also contact RCU member BAX and ask him. He is the Great Planes rep here on RCU. Good Luck, Dave
