Registration help!!!

I need help registering my G2! I've been shown all the benefits of being registered, and need to do it.
I tried going to Relflight.com, but the registration page is only for realflight. It says: "for G2 and G2 Lite registration, refer to Page 12 and 13 in my installation guide". Guess what? There is NOTHING on page 12 and 13 that says anything about product registry!?!
They leave me with no information on how to do this, how could they have overlooked this; Is it just me? I'm at the end of my rope, PLEASE someone help me do this! :stupid:

Yes, you are correct Elwood. That is where it is.
In the "RealFlight Control Panel" select "Online updates" and then "Online registration" in the new menu that opens.

Now I get a n error that says: "Someone has already registered this copy of Realflight with a different password. If you need to change registration, or if you forgot your password, Please contact Technical support at 217-398-8970."
This is upsetting, I have not registered my copy! HELP! :drowning:

I can understand that your upset, but I'm afraid I have no real clue as to what could be going on.
Did you have to fill in your name, address, etc in the "Registration Information" window or did it display any information there automatically?
Mine is showing my information automatically, but I am already registered so that seems logical.
Contacting Technical Support is probably your best bet.

Mine dose the same thing , i lent the sim to a buddy and i am guessing he registered it under his name , but it wont let me register under my name now .... guess ill keep tryin tech support ..

One more idea, I am not sure if it helps:
Are you absolutely positive you have entered the correct serial number? It is long and easy to get wrong when entering it. Perhaps one digit is wrong, and you have thus by mistake entered someone else's serial number and they have already registered?!
You can see what serial number you have entered in the "RealFlight Control Panel". It should be displayed above all those buttons.

get through to tech support they can change this all for you.
I moved my copy to another computer and forgot the password. They just reset all the info (like I never registered it), I re did it and it worked great.....
Keep trying to get through to them.....
