Default Can I use a G3 controller as a buddy box?

Seemed like a good idea. Use your Interlink Controller that comes w/ G3 at home, then when you're ready to fly for real, take it to the field and connect it to a real Tx. Can this be done? What seems to be an obvious problem is there are no servo reversing switches on the controller. Any other thoughts?

Default RE: Can I use a G3 controller as a buddy box?

from Travis Vitek (Knife Edge software developer) ....

The Interlink controller does not generate a PPM signal to send to the master. It will not work for buddy boxing.
