I own real flight G2 full version and i just got my computer stolen aswell as my controller . I still currently have the software, but no controller. If i buy the Real flight G2 interlink upgrade mode 1, will the new controller work using the software i have?

Yes it will, you will get another CD with the interlink controller that will upgrade your older version so that it will work with the new controller.

Thanks

Default NOT HAPPY JAN

I am really pissed off. I email RF technical support and they said that the new controller wont work with the old software. I've got G2 2.00.533. There must be a way around it, without paying another $500 bucks.

I have had the older parallel controller plug for my own radios for about 2 years when the cable went bad about 2 months ago I got the interlink and have not had any problems.

Default thxs mate

After about 10 emails to the RF technical, i got the answer that i was after. Having the version that i have, i can use a interlink controller with it. You were right mate . I've ordered my controller and ill be flying soon, YEPEE. What is the best graphics card to use with g2, im looking at buying a 64mb geforce 3 or 4. Comp specs are 933mhz pentium3 512mb ram. Updating my ram from 128 to 512, should make a big difference, well i hope so anyway.

thx's

I have a GeForce 4 MX 440 64mb card best one you can buy of this model made by VisionTek and was rated high by PC Gamer. Ill sell it to you for $60 shipped (sells for 100-125) only 4 Months old I just got a Radeon 9000 for more horsepower in my other games. The MX 440 I was running at 1600x1200 in G2 so it has plenty of power for it and most other games. I play other big flight sims that required more muscle so I couldhave all details on so I moved up to the bigger card.
