Total flight sim newbie here . . .

I am having a heck of a time finding am RC plane flight simulator for my Macintosh iBook and MacBook. Ideally, a sim like FMS would be great. I plan to plug my Hitec Flash 5 into the USB port. Can anyone tell me what is available for the full sprectrum from free to high-end. I have used FMS on a PC and flown RealFlight.
