I Just got a Futaba 4 interface cable, and when trying to set up control functions in FMS I can't get full throttle, full left of right rudder, or full left or right aileron control using the sticks. I have worked endlessly with calibration settings, but can only get stick control in one direction. What Gives??!!
Bottom line is that I don't have 4-way control on either stick.

What type of interface cable ? Are you saying that it works in calibration (blue bars go from top to bottom with the controls) and you centre all the controls so the bars are in the middle (and press Finish) but you only get half the control when flying ?
Sounds very odd.

It's a game port gable. Can only get the bars to move in one direction during calibration. When bars are centered, can only get stick response in one direction, such as left rudder and left aileron, throttle down and rudder down.

Magbe If we bring this post back to the top might help. Just got my PC out of the shop and it does the same thing, Can not calibrate the right sick. Get it set set finish then back where I started. Had new hard drive installed put in more space. Worked great before PC had problems. Was told to up grade my sound & video drivers. RFD web Q01-1038- Locating and installing drivers off of control panel good luck.

Come to think of it, that might be the problem. I have a philips siesmic edge, and it just might not be cope with the parameters of transmitter. I'm not sure but it's a start. Thanks for ringing a bell or two.
