Has anyone used the Esky simulator? For about $30 it's way more in my budget than the $199 ones. I don't need alot of bells and whistles, just some beginner trainer stick time.

I've got the esky controller. It comes with FMS, which is free for everyone. Which is availabe here http://n.ethz.ch/student/mmoeller/fms/index_e.html. To me it seems to be built out of solid plastic; I imagine it is the same as an esky Tx, just mostly empty. It seems to work quite well for most other programs I have used it for, but all the controls are backwards, so you have to be able to invert the controls to make them work. The only thing I haven't been able to do this completely with is MS Simulator 2004. The rudder is the only thing that wont reverse. I don't really know what you are asking, so I am just kind of rambling. If there is something more specific you would like to know, just ask =)
