Any of the standard Futaba/Hitec circuits should work. Just connect the Tx as per http://www.welwyn.demon.co.uk/buddy.htm and you're set.

Let me disagree with you. Bad Futaba interface may not work with Sanwa/Airtronics, but an interface with a properly designed input circuit will work with almost any transmitter!
My wife has sold tons of TX-to-Gameport interface cables and the only difference between Futaba and Sanwa was the connector on TX side.

So as I said originally....the standard circuits will work provided you connect the transmitter correctly according to the diagram on the website I gave.
