Default Couple of G2 questions.

Can you tell me how to change a color scheme on a plane? I downloaded one but dont know how to make the change. Also, what do I have to do to a plane on G-2 to make it hover. Been playing with it but it just keeps dropping the nose back down. No point of ref with the ground so I am probably doing something wrong. How do I download planes on the net to use and get them in there?

Any info would be cool. Had the program a while but just used it for heli.

Thanks.

flyboy,

I can't figure out how to change the color either but if you go to www.realflight.com and go to the bottom of the page they have a swap page. double click on swap page and you can download planes and trim schemes that other people have made.

If you want to hover go to aircraft page 4 and download the ultimate 3D(next to last on the page) This plane is set up perfect, very easy to hover.

Let me know if it works for ya!

Once you have downloaded a scheme for a plane, then when you select that plane in the G2 software, in the white box that shows a picture of that plane, there should be scheme menu tab. I belive it is next to the edit tab on the left. Once you click on that, it should show a list of the schemes for that plane. Just click on the one want and go from there. Also download the CAP 232 2X to hover, very easy.

You also must make sure you put the files in the right place!
The scheme files go in the scheme folder. (sub folder of real flight)

Do what these guys said. Go to the RF site, go to the bottom where you can download planes. There are about 8 pages of them. Click on the one you want to download and save it to your disc. Then click on the file you downloaded and it puts the plane in the folder it is supposed to go into and it shows up on your plane list.

I put the downloaded file into a temp file so I could find it easy. It works pretty good. email me if you have questions and I will try to help.
