This could be a complete co-incidence but a lot of those screen shots look an AWFUL lot like the free www.preflightsim.com

I guess the statement on the EAM page "EAM's RC Simulator kit is based upon Transcendental Technologies PRE-Flight simulation engine." might help to explain why.
So effectively you're paying $100 for the interface and a few sets of model parameters. I don't think I'd bother.
