If you are using version 5.04:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\REFLEX\Simulator\Umwelt\Wlp
Make a new folder here or in one of the existing "Country" folders with the name of your scene.
EXAMPLE:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\REFLEX\Simulator\Umwelt\Wlp\United States\Polson\
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\REFLEX\Simulator\Umwelt\Wlp
