Default Real Flight G2

I just bought G2 from a friend and I find that there is one thing that prevents me from getting good use from it. When I am at the field I am always aware of where the ground and runway are, with a sim I seem to fly around alot looking for the runway????? How do I overcome this?

Go to the "view" screen and set it to "look at ground"

I think you are asking how realistic is it to flying a real model????
I would say close enough, but don't count on it to save your model if you are trying to learn on your own. It is an excellent tool to learn how to move the control sticks and contro image on the screen. It will also teach you how the some of the sticks "reverse" their control when the model/image is moving towards you or when it is upside down. Learning to fly a model is a lot of training your eye/brain to respond and spending a lot of time on a simulator greatly helps, but does not take the place of training on a real model under the guideance of a real instructor.
