Default Phoenix video file transfer

Looking for method to transfer a recorded video file from my Phoenix to a file
that is Windows compatable. Purpose is to email. Is there a program that
can capture Phoenix recording while playing..like a screen capture?
Tried video camera pointed at computer monitor but quality was poor.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Thanks Charlie..Gave FRAPS a try but ran into a problem. As soon at the hotkey
is pressed, the Phoenix recording stops. Key again and it starts. Am in the movie
mode but acts like it is taking still shots. Any thoughts on what I may be missing?
Have gone over the doc several times and the FRAPS counter turns from yellow to
red when keyed but still getting a 50mB still picture .

It's been a while sense I used it but if I remember right you can change it in Fraps to take a still picture or record a video. When you start Fraps I think there are check box's, check the one for video.
