I have a Great Planes Real Flight G2 that I am having problems re-loading on
my computer. I have sent a request for help to G.P. but have gotten no response.
I had to re-load everything on my computer after it was virus infected. Everything
else has loaded fine but I can not get G2 to re-load. When I put in the CD, the
beginning screen comes up with options to load software. When I try to click on
the load software button, nothing happens.
I know this is an old simulator but I like it, do not want to buy another.
Any suggestions on how to get it to re-load?
I was the original purchaser of this G2, have the case with serial #...

DOes G2 have a verification code on the back of the cd case? I have G3.5 and there was a code on the cd case and I had to enter the serial number on the controller as well before it would load.

It has the serial number that has to be entered when loading
the software. When trying to load it now, it does not get to the
point where it wants the # entered, just does NOTHING
