Converting FS One recorded files

I don't think it can be done. I searched for an application that could open rcd files, but it wouldn't open FSOne's rcd file. I then tried to find something to convert the rcd files to another format and couldn't find anything. I ended up downloading a software that could capture whatever was playing on the computer screen (including sound) and then create a movie from that. That sort of worked, but the video was very jerky. I didn't really try beyond this. I'm guessing this is the best option, but it would require a powerhouse of a computer.
My computer is a Pentium 4, so maybe your configuration is up to the challenge. You might try investigating a screen capture software that can record high quality video.

I was told of a download program (both free and pay version) called FRAP's that captures screen shots (video also) I am looking into that now.....
